Where does That’s Alyki ship?

That’s Alyki currently ships to Italy, Europe and the United States.

We are working to bring That’s Alyki everywhere in the world, with the most convenient shipping options.

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship outside the European Union and the United States. We are always working to expand our brand to every country.

Here you can find our shipping costs:

ITALY

FREE SHIPPING on orders over €100.

For orders under €100, a shipping fee of €5.00 will be charged.

EUROPE

FREE SHIPPING on orders over €150.

For orders under €150, a shipping fee of €15.00 will be charged.

USA

FREE SHIPPING on orders over €300.

For orders under €300, a shipping fee of €40.00 will be charged.

When will my order ship?

Here is how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Placing the order takes a few seconds. Processing takes about 1 business day (orders placed after 2:00 PM CET are processed the next business day). Then one of our couriers will pick up your parcel. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

I am having trouble with tracking. What should I do?

We are sorry about that! In some cases, the courier takes up to 1–2 business days to register the shipment status. If the tracking number does not update or does not work at all, please contact us as soon as possible at “ufficio@alyki.it”.

How can I change my shipping address?

If your order was shipped to the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible through the dedicated section.

How can I change the country I am shopping from?

To change the currency you shop in and the country you ship to, click the icon at the bottom right and select the correct country. At the moment, we only ship to the countries listed here (but more will follow soon).

USA only:

For the United States, the prices shown exclude applicable duties and taxes.
