That’s Alyki offers you the possibility to return a product within 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Per poter essere reso, il tuo articolo deve essere nelle stesse condizioni in cui lo hai ricevuto, mai indossato o non utilizzato, con le sue etichette e nella sua confezione originale. Ti verrà richiesta la ricevuta inviata all’indirizzo eMail che hai fornito quando hai fatto l’ordine di acquisto.

To start the return procedure, you need to send an email to “ufficio@alyki.it” specifying the order number of the product you wish to return. We will contact you as soon as possible to provide instructions on how and where to send the package.

Gli articoli che ci vengono restituiti senza aver prima richiesto un reso non saranno accettati.

That’s Alyki offers free returns only within the European Union and Switzerland. If you are outside these territories, the shipping costs for the return will be at your expense.

Rimborsi

Al ricevimento del prodotto reso, dopo aver verificato la conformità del prodotto reso ti faremo sapere se il rimborso è stato approvato o meno. Se approvato, sarai automaticamente rimborsato con il metodo di pagamento originale. Ricorda che la banca o la società emittente della carta di credito può richiedere del tempo per elaborare e registrare anche il rimborso.
