Where does That’s Alyki ship?
That’s Alyki currently ships within Italy and Europe and USA.
We are working to bring That’s Alyki all over the world, with the most convenient shipping solutions.
Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship outside the European Union and USA. We are constantly working to expand our brand to all countries.
Here you can find our shipping costs:
ITALY
FREE SHIPPING for orders over €100.
For orders under €100, a €5.00 shipping fee will be applied.
EUROPE
FREE SHIPPING for orders over €150.
For orders under €150, a €15.00 shipping fee will be applied.
USA
FREE SHIPPING for orders over €300.
For orders under €300, a €40.00 shipping fee will be applied.
When will my order be shipped?
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, and then we ship.
The order takes only a few seconds. Processing takes about 1 business day (orders placed after 14:00 CET are processed the next business day). Then, one of our couriers will pick up your package. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
I’m having trouble with the tracking. What should I do?
We’re sorry about that! In some cases, the courier may take 1–2 business days to update the shipment status. If the tracking number does not update or does not work, please contact us as soon as possible at “ufficio@alyki.it”.
How can I change my shipping address?
If your order has been shipped to the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible through the dedicated section.
How can I change the country from which I place an order?
To change the currency and shipping country, click the icon at the bottom right and select the correct country. At the moment, we only ship to the countries listed there (but more will be added soon).
