Returns and Refunds
That’s Alyki offers you the possibility to return a product within 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, never worn or unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will be asked for the receipt sent to the email address you provided when placing the order.
To start the return procedure, you need to send an email to “ufficio@alyki.it” specifying the order number of the product you wish to return. We will contact you as soon as possible to provide instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items that are returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

That’s Alyki offers free returns only within the European Union and Switzerland. If you are outside these territories, the shipping costs for the return will be at your expense.
Refunds
Upon receiving the returned product and after verifying its compliance, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Damages and defects
We carefully check the quality of each product before every shipment.
However, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at “ufficio@alyki.it” if the item is defective, if the package is damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will quickly evaluate the issue together to find a solution that satisfies you.
